ULTIMATE FRISBEE

Ultimate Frisbee or Ultimate is a non-contact sport that is getting famous around the world. Frisbee is used in sport instead of the traditional air-filled balls like most sports. The field is similar to the rugby field which consists of two end-zones. There will be two teams of seven compete against each other.

I started playing Frisbee when my senior invite me to play when I was in my Diploma in my 2nd semester at Kolej Profesional Mara Beranang. Before this, there is no Frisbee team in my college and all my friend decide to create An Ultimate Frisbee team which is Ultrasbee. Since then I actively playing frisbee and joining multiple tournaments across Malaysia. My first tournament was in Arau, Perlis where we compete with an experienced player. From there I learn a lot about Frisbee and love to play since then. Another reason why I love this sport is due to the positive environment during the game and outside the game.
